Many retail locations choose to keep their analog cameras and use the encoders to go to IP based servers. There are many benefits existed for leaving analog cameras in place until the IT department figures out the bandwidth that is needed to move to IP. It also saves money by leveraging the analog cameras already installed.
Hybrid DVR
IDView provides hybrid DVR that can support up to 32 IP cameras. Our hybrid will work with Axis, Panasonic, ACTi, Vivotek and IDView IP cameras. Some of our hybrid comes with video analytics such as "moving object detection", "virtual fence", and "auto tracking" features.
Decoding excellence in our standalone
System integrators usually struggle with the performance of the IP server due to the zero sum trade offs among the following components at the server level: system's hardware capability, number of cameras, CPU usage and the speed of video processing desired. Digital IDView has its patented decoding technology which enables the most efficient video processing on the server, and allows D1 recording and live view performance for up to 64 cameras.
Scalability built into the NVR
Scale in size, scale in functional capacity. Our decoding technology leaves 95% of the systems Quad-Core CPU capacity “free” for third party software integrations. Accordingly, our customers can implement any number of complimentary solutions in the same box, including the latest video analytics and business intelligence software.
